What is the other user's behaviour problem?

Vandalism

If the user is committing vandalism, please leave an appropriate warning on their talk page. In case of repeated vandalism after warnings, please report them on administrator intervention against vandalism. Please do not leave messages on my talk page complaining about vandalism in progress. The noticeboards are much better monitored, so they will be dealt with much more quickly there.

Edit warring

If a user has violated the three-revert rule, please report them on the three-revert rule noticeboard. If a user is close to violating it, please leave them the {{subst:uw-3rr|article name}} warning. Please do not leave messages on my talk page complaining about edit warring. The noticeboards are much better monitored, and chances are that by the time I get to the problem the edit war will be over.

General decorum, civility, etc.

If you are concerned about other users' behaviour, please bring it up on that user's talk page to begin with. If you have no success please see Wikipedia:Dispute resolution. Please do not leave messages on my talk page complaining about other users. I am sorry, but I do not have the time to investigate them.
