I created a template for a Directory:American_Conservative_Party entry on MyWikiBiz a couple years ago. I did that as the semi-official media guy back then, as it was considered a major no-no for members of the entity in question to write up their own pages. I didn't get too far, but I mentioned Bill Quick (the scifi writer and Daily Pundit blogger) was the founder, and that the original physical headquarters was in Madison, Wisconsin, of all places.

One thing that's going to be frustrating with this Wikipedia page, if it ever develops, is detailing the schism of Sam Gallo's Conservative Party USA from the ACP. I don't think there's a single page indexed by search engines that even reference it, and most of the conversations about it were held on a Java-based chatroom or email.

The most noteworthy accomplishments of the ACP, worthy of Wiki space, ought to be sponsorships of some tea parties. There was official co-sponsorships in Reston, VA, and Redding, California, right? I think I remember newspapers referencing the one in Reston. Or was it Richmond?

Anyway, I also put up a (semi-official?) Squidoo page a long time ago, which also may be worth a reference. I can put in any factual information needed on WikiBiz, heavy with things this page can actually use (Wikipedia isn't a press release mechanism). Everyone take care.
