Hi, your help with the project elements would be much appreciated. The activity and discussions of the project can be found at Wikipedia:WikiProject Elements. "Joining" is informal on WP, meaning you don't have to sign up anywhere. Just read and write at talk pages and articles. WebElements uses Cp already, and on the Talk page this was requested. I also stated that it is only adopted by the scientific community, not by IUPAC --Eu-151 (talk) 20:11, 15 July 2009 (UTC)

We (WP Chemistry) avoided the community in cases of aluminum and columbium and stick to the IUPAC to avoide the problems coming with it.--Stone (talk) 20:14, 15 July 2009 (UTC)

Your move of Ununbium to Copernicium was apparently against the consensus reached on the talk page and against the opinion of the members of the WP projects Chemistry and Elements. May I ask you not to peform such moves in the future and not to attempt "fixing" names in the elementbox and body text of that article. Thank you. (a note, webelements is merely a privately operated web site, not a scientific institution. FIFA World Cup templates

Yes, I admit that. But how can I do that (posting groups with their full tables and fixtures to the Forum on www.alternatehistory.com), without changing the templates? Can you maybe duplicate them or something and copy the duplicate onto my user page, or something? Or make a new template or so?— Preceding unsigned comment added by Eu-151 (talk • contribs)

You can copy the text from the edit page and paste it somewhere like User:Eu-151/Sandbox. Then you can make whatever changes you want in your sandbox and they won't appear in the actual articles. --Onorem♠Dil 13:17, 23 September 2011 (UTC)

That is okay with regard to the template, but it would need to be expanded (i.e. showing Won, Draws, Lost,...). And it is not "spurious information", or, rather, www.alternatehistory.com wants speculation and crystal-balling. And, in addition to the Template, I would need to be able to edit the fixtures table, so duplicate the whole groups. --Eu-151 (talk) 13:50, 23 September 2011 (UTC)

Since I don't know what your final goal is, I would suggest just copying the contents to your work page and editing there and then when it's working the way you want, copy it from your page to the real page. But your changes have been to modify the countries involved in the tournaments, which doesn't make any sense to me. --Walter Görlitz (talk) 21:59, 23 September 2011 (UTC)

This discussion is no longer relevant. I found an excellent solution with that template on my user page. Please DON'T revert that. It is explicitly named "2014 FIFA World Cup" and not used in any article. speedy it upon notice on this talk page, if you want, but not yet.
