Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia. I'm sure that Ruben Anton Komangapik is notable, but we usually create articles about people before adding them to lists of names. A short guide to creating a good short article is below. One source you might want to use is this biography: [1], but don't simply cut and paste it. I will revert your addition for now, but please feel free to add his name to Inuit art once the article is created. If you link to a url, you will need to format it by placing a single bracket on either side, making sure that the http:// prefix is included in the address. The easiest way to do this is to cut and paste the address from the browser bar. If you link a url, the address goes first, then after a space, the text to be displayed goes inside the bracket also.
