No Gun Ri Massacre

Hi, Tom. I'd appreciate any guidance you can offer on how to save the No Gun Ri Massacre article. I posted a complaint to the edit warring noticeboard a couple of weeks back. Admin Mark Arsten suggested it belonged at the ANI noticeboard, where it sits unaddressed. He had second thoughts, however, and I have now fashioned a better organized appeal, telling him...

"As you'll see, it's not a simple matter of citing "four reverts" and matching them up with the previous texts, to win automatic censure, but instead we're dealing with a major, broad attack via dozens of destructive edits, heedless of efforts to point out the facts. I'd much appreciate your taking a look at my better-organized appeal and advising me on how to proceed."

I now ask the same of you, Tom. I'm not at all sure Arsten will produce a remedy. This sort of thing, clearly, is an Achilles heel of WP, much worse, in my view, than some p.r. firms burnishing an image here and there. Thanks a million. Charles J. FYI, Tom, the No Gun Ri Massacre article has now come under attack from the U.S.Army Intelligence Center. See my appeal for help. In my view, this sort of thing shouldn’t require prolonged “WP:” chess games, but decisive action by people in the hierarchy who can tell plain-as-day subterfuge from honest efforts at building a truthful Wikipedia. Or does WP just turn the article over to the U.S. Army? Best. Charles J. Hanley 22:36, 12 November 2013 (UTC) Cjhanley (talkcontribs)
