Scandinavia edit

We plan to add a section discussing the urban forestry practices in Scandinavian countries. For our revision we plan to add a section under the "By Country" header. By providing another perspective in the development and use of urban forestry, we can both compare international methods of sustainability as well as provide a deeper background for potential solutions that arise within urban areas.
