Hi. Since you nominated GameWikis for deletion before, you might be interested to know that the article GuildWiki is now up for deletion. Just FYI. Kaustuv Chaudhuri @ 01:07, July 10, 2006

Guild Wars page

Nice work with the screen shots. The page looks 100% better with them. --Aspectacle 23:20, 19 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Shiro's profession

edit

I saw your edit on the Guild Wars article. There are two primary sources that support leaving the profession as Assassin. First, the Prima guide states it several times - I know, I know, it frequently contains out of date information, so should not be a primary source of fact - but I wanted to mention it as relevant. The second strong argument is Elite Skill Tomes. For every boss in-game, they only drop the Elite Skill Tome of their own profession, and the only Elite Skill Tomes dropped by Shiro are Assassin Skill Tomes.

There are, of course, much weaker inferences as well (he shadow-steps, uses two weapons, etc), but like you said, inferences aren't canon. However, the other two arguments that I listed above, to me, are adequate evidence. --- Barek (talkcontribs) - 21:08, 11 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Where does Shiro drop anything? Gate of Madness? Eric Sandholm 18:16, 12 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
I have never seen any drop information on the Shrio article on either GW or GWW. However I think it would be safe to say he is an Assassin, the fact the he dual wields two sharp pointy things, and was the end boss for the expansion that introduced the assassin class. --Lemming64 18:23, 15 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Centaur in GW2

edit

Hullo. I'm involved in a bit of a discussion about the source of the information about the centaurs and humans being at peace. I haven't read anything from the information on the 'net which supports it. So in tracing the information back to the Guild Wars 2 page - I'll ask you as the writer of the line in question. Where did you source that information? --Aspectacle (talk) 22:26, 2 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

I think everything in that page was from the Movement of the World article in PC Gamer. It's the last linked reference. If there is a mistake there, please correct it. Eric Sandholm 00:02, 3 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
Thanks. :) I've trimmed the text out. It is possible that they did make peace but I don't think there is enough information there to make a strong statement. --Aspectacle (talk) 22:12, 3 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for your uploads. You've indicated that the following images are being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why they meet Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page an image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
  • That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.
