Italians edit

Hallo
I asked full protection for the Italians article and, moreover, also a third opinion, always hoping that Enok goes to the talk page. Otherwise, as last resource we have to open an incident procedure against him. Alex2006 (talk) 05:42, 22 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Update:Our friend has been blocked two days for edit warring. The third opinion has been rejected, since more than two editors are involved. Alex2006 (talk) 14:19, 22 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Minority languages in Italy edit

Hey,

I think that is the correct info box for minority languages in a country; it is the one used in such nations as the United Kingdom and the United States. Also, sources confirm that all of these languages are officially sanctioned in their respective regions within Italy[1] (under Law number 482 of 15 December 1999). [2]

RE:Language issue in Italy edit

Hallo EnStat
your edit is fully correct. I hope only that an edit war won't occur because of that... :-) . Alex2006 (talk) 11:40, 18 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

Minority languages in Italy edit

I'm not going to start an edit war, my intention is to keep Wikipedia as accurate as possible. I have read over the 1999 law and I can see that it does specify the difference between recognized regional languages and protected minority languages. I still believe that Slovene, German, French, and Ladin should be considered in a table for "recognized regional languages" since they have all been officially sanctioned within their respective regions. This is custom on the Wikipedia pages for many other countries with officially recognized minority languages (see United Kingdom and United States; if such a table were to be added then note a could still specify which regions had recognized minority languages.
