July 2014 edit

Hello, I'm Joy. I noticed that you removed topically-relevant content from Abortion in Croatia. However, Wikipedia is not censored to remove content that might be considered objectionable. Please do not remove or censor information that directly relates to the subject of the article. If the content in question involves images, you have the option to configure Wikipedia to hide images that you may find offensive. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.

An anonymous editor had tried to remove this content from the exact same paragraph of the article before. Removing context and information from the exact same secondary source that we cite - is easily seen as cherry-picking. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 17:59, 22 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

I removed that part because I think it is irrelevant for the article. The article is about abortion in Croatia and the section is about public opinion on ABORTION (not sexual abstinence, Church opinions and so on). To talk about those issues in that section is too extensive and out of topic. --Emir234 (talk) 19:12, 22 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
So why didn't you remove everything else about Church opinions, then? If the opinion of a bishop is relevant to the article, sourced to newspaper articles, then it cannot possibly be said that the conclusions of scholars doing polling about the issue is irrelevant. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 11:44, 23 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
