Even with your recent changes, I am not convinced that it meets Wikipedia's notability requirements. While Anatol Kagan appears to be "notable" by Wikipedia standards he is not so famous that any work of his has a "de facto presumption" of notability.

Also, the article on the home contains far, far too much information about the architect. Information about the architect in this article should be pretty much limited to things that are specifically relevant to this structure. Anything else should be moved to Anatol Kagan or, if it is not important enough to put in that article, discarded.

Also, please add more "in-line" citations (see WP:INCITE for details). Just about every sentence in this article needs a clear citation from a reliable source (click on the wikilink to see the formal definition of "reliable source").

If the article stays "as-is" or it is changed but its notability is not made clear very soon, I intend on nominated it for deletion using the "articles for deletion" ("AFD") process. This process typically takes a minimum of 7 days, during which time you can and should continue to improve the article. I am going to hold off at least 1 day so you can tackle the notability issue - if notability becomes clear the article will survive AFD so there would be no point in me nominating it. If you need a few days to work in this, say so and I'll wait a few more days.
