Hollyoaks edit

Hey. Are you interested in editing Hollyoaks articles? I had to revert Ruby I am afraid to say. There was not enough sourced content and real world information present. For a fictional character to have their own article there has to be proven notability. Good examples of HO articles are Ste Hay, Steph Cunningham and Loretta Jones.. You will notice they have plenty of real world info such as reception, critical analysis, development info, producers opinion, actors input, quotes from real life not in the series. If you need any help or would like to know more leave me a message on my talk page. I'll be happy to help.Rain the 1 BAM 14:55, 28 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Coronation Street edit

Whoa, stop right there! You'll have official warnings from now on. I offered you help, you have given it a shot to learn but you are only half right and I've reverted all your edits. We have to talk about new image uploads, you don't get to come along and change as you please. You don't copy and paste info about Chesney into Katy's list entry. Don't add images of non notable characters like Brian and Katy - there is copyright rules about non free images in lists, you need to work on your image naming, you violate copyright with your copy and paste effort for the rationale. You have caused a mass of disruption today - so I'd advice you to contact me or other soap editors.. your intentions are clearly good and you just need a nudge in the right direction and a step up into how by consensus we edit the soap articles. there is a Manual of style etc.Rain the 1 BAM 21:35, 5 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

I'm now aware your intentions are not good and you are an ignorant vandal who can't be bothered to reply but is more than happy to vandalise wikipedia.. Rain the 1 BAM 21:04, 6 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free media (File:KatyArmstrong2011.png) edit

Thanks for uploading File:KatyArmstrong2011.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. feydey (talk) 21:37, 5 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

June 2011 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Todd Grimshaw, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Do not change image names to ones that do not exist. You have to upload a picture before adding the new name, but there is no need to in this case. Rain the 1 BAM 20:59, 6 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Crack Baby Athletic Association edit

Hi. Please do not add unsourced material or original research to articles, as you did with these edits to Crack Baby Athletic Association, as this violates Wikipedia's policies of No Original Research and Verifiability. Unsourced personal observations on pop culture references are not permitted, as any material on the episode's content must be supported by reliable secondary sources that explicitly mention the episode's use of it. This type of material was already removed from the article yesterday for this reason. Thanks. :-) Nightscream (talk) 20:55, 10 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Images edit

Stop uploading new images under a new file name and/or uploading worse quality images. The ones currently on here are fine. I repeat, do NOT upload images with a NEW file name, thank you GSorby - Talk! 12:52, 12 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding inappropriate images to Wikipedia, as you did to Tina McIntyre. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Uploading images under odd names and not uploading a new version over the one in place - you are making a big mess here. Rain the 1 BAM 15:08, 12 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please stop changing layout styles on soap opera characters other than Eastenders. Hollyoaks for one set their articles out differently and that was decided over at the WP Hollyoaks. (Incase you are not sure I'm referring to moving the storyline section to the top of the article) Also if you presist on uploading images for those who do not have one already, can you stop naming them for example "SethCostello2011" - instead just call the image "Seth Costello" - No need to put the year in the title as it will be the only one used.Rain the 1 BAM 16:35, 12 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
