Thankyou for your enquiry on my Talk page. At 'Articles for Creation' we have to make a judgement about whether an article will survive in Wikipedia mainspace. I was unsure whether 'Artist Growth' was a product or a company. As a product, it may just meet the minimum notability requirements to be included in Wikipedia - the Billboard article seems to have journalistic standards, as does Gizmodo.
I may be prepared to move your article to mainspace, but it will help first if you can (1) delete the articles you are not submitting (2) explain more clearly (in the introduction) what Artist Growth is (it seems to me it is a tool for musicians, rather than visual artists). I'll keep an eye on it to see if it's ready.
Also bear in mind I am only one editor amongst many thousands - once your article is 'out there', anyone can edit it or nominate it for deletion if they think the sources aren't good! Sionk (talk) 19:28, 27 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

How do I get my article approved? Is there a reason it keeps getting moved around?

I've moved your draft article to Wikipedia's mainspace. It looks like it is clearly and succinctly written and adequately sourced. You can find it at Artist growth. Well done! Sionk (talk) 17:30, 15 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

File permission problem with File:Artist Growth Logo.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Artist Growth Logo.jpg, which you've sourced to Self. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Mlpearc (powwow) 02:13, 17 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Return to draftspace edit

Hi I wanted to let you know that I moved the page you created back to draft space Draft:Alliance for Downtown New York. This was for 2 reasons, firstly your username suggests that you have a communications and marketing role in the organisation and this means that you come under WP:PAID criteria. As such first of all you must make the disclosure and the article should be submitted for review before being moved to main space.

The second reason is that as it stands the article does not meet the notability criteria WP:NORG for companies so as a new pages reviewer I have the possibility to WP:DRAFTIFY the article rather than nominate it for deletion. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions either here on your talk page by WP:Pinging me or you can leave a message on my talk page. --Dom from Paris (talk) 09:45, 24 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
