License tagging for Image:Ea666f3610dd983fc3e666e078994.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Ea666f3610dd983fc3e666e078994.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 17:08, 17 April 2007 (UTC)

Search edit

As you can imagine, indexing all the 6,831,923+ articles in Wikipedia is a time- and computer-intensive process. We update the index every three to four weeks, but it will always be a little behind in reflecting new articles. The best thing you can do to improve visibility is to make sure your new article is linked to in other appropriate articles, such as John Adams and Abigail Adams. You can check what is already linked to it by going to Abigail “Nabby” Adams Smith and clicking "What links here" in the toolbox in the side menu. Good luck! — Catherine\talk 15:33, 18 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia:Requests for adminship edit

Your request for adminship is malformed. Please read Wikipedia:Guide to requests for adminship as it is unlikely that your request would be successful at this time because of your inexperience. You are welcome to reapply at a later date. I'd be happy to explain things if you have any further questions. —dgiestc 22:57, 5 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
