Adding links to edunote.info edit

Hi! I removed the links you added to the edunote.info website, because it does not seem to be a reliable source, as required by our verifiability policy. There does not seem to be any control over the user-contributed content added to the website. Happy to hear your opinions, but please don't add any more links till this is settled. Thanks!  —SMALLJIM  14:19, 12 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi, Thank you for your concern. However I should tell it (edunote.info) is a reliable source. I appreciate your help in this regard. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Eduarticle (talkcontribs) 14:25, 12 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
Above response copied here from my talk page - please keep the conversation on this page for now, thanks. How do you know the website is reliable? Did you contribute the information that you are citing here to that website yourself?  —SMALLJIM  14:32, 12 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
No I am not a part of that website. I am a fan of it. I have found it useful for my purposes. Also, there not many good web citation for the articles that I edited. I think those added value to them. Thank you.Eduarticle (talkcontribs)
I concur with Mr. Jim. This is in no way a WP:RS. It appears to simply be an ad-intensive blog farm. You also appear to be adding it in some places where it does not support the statements directly. This gives off the appearance of spamming. Please stop adding these links; there are many published works in the field that you can use. You are here to improve the articles and not just add links to this one site, correct? Kuru (talk) 14:43, 12 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
Sorry that you think this way.Eduarticle (talkcontribs)
Eduarticle – you're right that those articles would benefit from more references, but two of us think that the website you are citing is not the correct one to provide them. If we removed the links, would you add them back again? (I trust not!)  —SMALLJIM  14:52, 12 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
Jim & Kuru - If you think there are any miss citation or repeated citation from the website on the articles, please do correct them. You can add more citation from other sources that would be great. I hope you will not completely delete them.Eduarticle (talkcontribs)
Well, Kuru deleted the links again, which I'm sure was the right thing to have done. We're both busy in our own fields of interest, but if you want to add some good sources to these articles – after ensuring that they are appropriate – that work would be welcome. If you're unsure about any potential source, you can ask the community at the Reliable sources noticeboard. If you still disagree with Kuru and me about edunote.info, you could ask about that one there too.  —SMALLJIM  15:30, 12 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
I deleted the links shortly before and after posting here. I'm afraid that the site is so clearly not a reliable source, and so clearly an SEO-driven proxied domain, that I'm more concerned this is promotional. I would encourage you, as Mr. Jim outlined above, to use different sources - there is simply no shortage of strong, published material in this domain. If you need help, please let me know.
