Fairly dodgy quality, but you get the gist - i.e. gorey and painful. :)
As to the actual procedure, it looks like a simple vaginoplasty with v-advance-flap to form the head of the labia. The penile skin is used in the neovagina; the space for which is created by blunt dissection. The former corpus cavernosum is removed. The glans of the phallus is used as the neo-clitorus; the micro-dissection required is not really shown. This operation would usually have a second labioplasty at a later date, usually 3 months down the track. It would take several hours.
