Article issues
editYour additions to the cardistry article include passages copied verbatim or nearly verbatim from a non-free source. This was detected by automatic plagiarism detection software. For copyright reasons, your entire contribution was deleted. Please review the Plagiarism and Copyright training module before proceeding further.
You also shouldn't embed links to YouTube in the body of an article. You can include links in references, but only if they go to a reliable source (in the case of YouTube, it should be a reputable publisher). Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 14:46, 13 October 2022 (UTC)
- I'm still not sure about the sources you used. The Encyclopedia of Playing Card Flourishes looks like it's self-published, and the author, Jerry Cestkowski doesn't appear to be the kind of expert that the guidelines on Self-published sources requires. Same for Top Moves and Flourishes That Beginners in Cardistry Should Learn.
- "Picture Yourself as a Magician" and "Expert Card Technique" aren't obviously bad, but I'm curious why you picked them. What led you to the conclusion that they are high-quality sources? Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 19:38, 24 October 2022 (UTC)
