Just so that you are clear on what "vandalism" means within Wikipedia--which is why you were blocked, and the links above are examples of your vandalism--here's the short definition:

Vandalism is any addition, removal, or change of content made in a deliberate attempt to compromise the integrity of Wikipedia, which cannot and will not be tolerated. The most common types of vandalism include the addition of obscenities or crude humor, page blanking, or the insertion of nonsense into articles.

Every time you added a vulgar or silly statement to an article, it was removed by another editor, often in less than a day, and sometimes within hours or minutes. So continuing that behavior would be pointless and a waste of other people's time. Everything that you do on Wikipedia can be easily monitored by any other editor, so if you disrespect this second chance and begin to vandalize pages again, you will be caught immediately.
