Speedy deletion nomination of Chip Flaherty

A tag has been placed on Chip Flaherty requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Proposed deletion of Kelly Garner (producer)

Founder of notable company, but no indication of how he's independently notable according to WP:BIO, WP:GNG, or WP:CREATIVE. References only make passing mentions of him, and passing mentions is all I can find about him online in WP:Reliable sources.
