Your recent edits edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 23:22, 2 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

September 2015 edit

Hello, I'm The Banner. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Jeff Berwick seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. The Banner talk 23:30, 2 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please do not attack other editors, as you did at User talk:The Banner. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. The Banner talk 23:33, 2 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

BLP edit

Hi Ebcidic, please read our biographies of living persons policy (BLP) before editing any further; this applies to material about living persons anywhere on Wikipedia, including talk pages. The sourcing has to be high quality and the tone more disinterested. I've protected the page for three days and reverted to an earlier version that seems less problematic. The best way for you to proceed is to propose your edits and sources on the talk page, and to wait for consensus to add them. Many thanks, Sarah (talk) 04:26, 3 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

Ebcidic, you are invited to the Teahouse! edit

Hi Ebcidic! Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia. Be our guest at the Teahouse! The Teahouse is a friendly space where new editors can ask questions about contributing to Wikipedia and get help from peers and experienced editors. I hope to see you there! Samwalton9 (I'm a Teahouse host)

Berwick edit

Hi Ebcidic, please continue the discussion at Talk:Jeff Berwick, rather than on my talk page. I'm there only as an admin. Because there was an objection, you should try to gain consensus from editors on that talk page for the edits you'd like to make and the sources you'd like to use. Block edit

Ebcidic, I've blocked this account indefinitely because you've continued to post material that violates are biographies of living persons policy. You've made it clear that your focus on Wikipedia is to add negative material to one biography. I'm posting a block template below so that you can use it to appeal the block if you want to. Sarah (talk) 19:16, 5 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because it appears that you are not here to build an encyclopedia. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.
I've blocked Grockeds, your latest account. If you would like to appeal the block, you're welcome to do that using the template above, but please don't edit while blocked. Sarah (talk) 16:39, 7 September 2015 (UTC)Reply
