Thanks for creating To The American Indian. It's a good start, but it could really use a lot more secondary sources that talk about the book. You mention a forward to the novel by Peter Palmquist; you should cite that instead of a donation page to the Humboldt Area Foundation. A Google Scholar search, for example, brings up two versions of the book, one which was cited 45 times and another 63 times.
