Regarding Evan Foley edit

Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages. The notices and comments are needed to establish community consensus about the status of an article, and removing them is considered vandalism. If you oppose the deletion of an article, you may comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. — Super-Magician (talk • contribs • count) ★ 22:07, 15 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

A tag has been placed on Evan Foley, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be a biographical account about a person, group of people, or band, but it does not indicate how or why he/she/they is/are notable. If you can indicate why Evan Foley is really notable, I advise you to edit the article promptly, and also put a note on Talk:Evan Foley. Any admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles. You might also want to read our general biography criteria. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that admins should wait a while for you to assert his/her/their notability, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and then immediately add such an assertion. It is also a very good idea to add citations from reliable sources to ensure that your article will be verifiable. — Super-Magician (talk • contribs • count) ★ 22:09, 15 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

It is felt that the article you created at Evan Foley is not suitable for a Wikipedia article, which must have a notable subject and be verifable. I have moved it to User:E1foley, which is where users are free to write about themselves. You are at liberty to move it back into the (Main) namespace but bear in mind that if you do so, it is likely to be nominated for deletion. As a user page it is likely to survive untouched. --NMChico24 05:21, 16 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Marc Emery edits edit

Hi e1foley, we have both been participating at this article and some anonymous IP's have also been editing. In at least one case, the anon editor has identified themself as being you.

A recent anon IP edit has reverted one of my contributions where I added referenced content (added "US" to "government").

If the anonymous edits beginning with 75.xxx are in fact yourself, please try to ensure that you log in before editing articles where you are also contributing under your registered user name, and please also discuss issues on the talk page, either before or immediately after making edits. Please also don't edit the talk page to change the time-order of posts or remove SineBot's additions of timestamps. Thanks! Franamax (talk) 10:28, 5 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

August 2009 edit

Your recent addition to Nadya Suleman has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. — raeky (talk | edits) 00:29, 21 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions, including your edits to Nadya Suleman. However, please be aware of Wikipedia's policy that biographical information about living persons must not be libelous. Any controversial statements about a living person added to an article, or any other Wikipedia page, must include proper sources. Thank you. I'm not opposed to some of the material being in there, BUT, it has to be extensively sourced with reliable sources, the film can serve as a reliable source but you're going to need either (a) exact location in the video source (time start & end) reference links, and/or (b) reliable 3rd party sources commenting on it. Opinion can't be rendered that isn't backed up by SOLID 3rd party resources per wp:BLP. Yes theres contraversial information in this video, no we can't start slandering her based on it without real expert opinions and sources backed up by extensive references. — raeky (talk | edits) 13:42, 21 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

AfD nomination of Shy Ronnie edit

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Shy Ronnie. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Shy Ronnie. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:08, 24 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

WorldStarHipHop edit

Hi! Do you have a secondary source which identifies WorldStarHipHop as a "shock site"? Thanks WhisperToMe (talk) 05:06, 16 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
