Speedy deletion nomination of Michael A Peel

Please get back to me with an explanation." --well, the explanation is that a. the article reads like a resume; b. it provides no indication that this person is somehow important (having graduated, having a job in HR doesn't mean one is important, though folks in HR tend to feel differently); c. there are no secondary sources that describe how this person would be important, let alone notable by our standards (see WP:GNG).
