Hiya I don't review new articles but I can certainly offer comments:

• Every paragraph needs at least one citation, more if necessary, since everything in the article body should be referenced. The lead at the top of the article should summarise what is below in the article body so does not itself need citations per MOS:LEAD since everything in the lead should be cited below. Hope that makes sense! Right now you have three citations on the lead but the first two paragraphs in the body (beginning "Dr. Al Madani was born ..." and "In 1999, Dr. Al Madani earned...") appear uncited. Same for the personal life section.
• You say on your talk you have a conflict of interest regarding Abdulsalam Al Madani - good that you say this, you should also say this at Draft_talk:Abdulsalam_Al_Madani and if it is actually you, probably it would be better to leave the writing of the article to others.
• On a quick look the subject does appear to be notable, with significant coverage in reliable sources so that's good!
• You can use sources written in languages other than english, but it's also great to have found coverage in english.
• It can be frustrating but you may have to wait some time for your article to be reviewed since there is a backlog and everyone is a volunteer. At least you can approve improve it in the meantime (currently the referecing issues mean that I doubt it would be approved).
