Economic standings and social conditions for many women in Latin America are two prodigious motives in searching for foreign marital arrangements. Many women in poor parts of Latin America are plagued with single motherhood and live on equal to or less than $1.25 a day. Many feel as if marrying overseas will provide for the family and/or friends that need assistance in their home country.
