Nomination of BVS Performance Solutions for deletion

edit

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article BVS Performance Solutions is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/BVS Performance Solutions until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. — Zawl 15:35, 1 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free image File:BVS-Performance-Solutions-logo.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:BVS-Performance-Solutions-logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:49, 12 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of EverMarkets Exchange

edit

The article EverMarkets Exchange has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Per WP:NCORP and WP:TOOSOON. "In development" in the lead and the entire page being written in future-tense makes me think that this company isn't notable enough yet to have it's own WP page.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Deletion discussion about EverMarkets Exchange

edit

Hello, Dtdiaz805,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether EverMarkets Exchange should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/EverMarkets Exchange .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks,

Best, Barkeep49 (talk) 02:51, 23 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Please read this notification carefully, it contains important information about an administrative situation on Wikipedia. It does not imply any misconduct regarding your own contributions to date.

A community decision has authorised the use of general sanctions for pages related to the blockchain and cryptocurrencies. The details of these sanctions are described here. Responses to deletion discussion EverMarkets Exchange and sanctions

Hello,

Barkeep49 - thank you for the transparency and for being forthcoming. Have looked at everything and it makes sense. I'll change the article, but it isn't going to pass tests for time being. I'll try again if/when it does have more notability.

MER-C - thank you as well. Understood. Full disclosure: I was not paid for this. This is a friend's company and I did this on my own volition, thinking it had enough muster (with coverage, etc.) to be listed.

Cheers, dtdiaz805 (talk) 16:18, 29 May 2018 (UTC) Dtdiaz805 (talk) 16:18, 29 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of User:Dtdiaz805/sandbox

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on User:Dtdiaz805/sandbox, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.
