Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Do you have any evidence that this supposed trade mark case actually took place? The proof is I work with these people, there's no articles on this stuff. But I can present to you the actual human beings if you'd like. If you'd like to set up a phone call and hear it from the horses mouth that would be fine. Thank you
