In re your comment here, maybe I can help. You'd be OK to delete the contentious claim if you've seen evidence it's wrong (& I did, since it's contested & likely wrong). If it's a dispute about sources, you'd best have your source handy before you argue it (at least until you've established you know your stuff; I've gotten away with it in some areas...). The suggestion about uploading an image you can do with the "upload file" link on your page, tho I'd upload it to Commons (linked to on Main Page), copy the image description, & paste it to the page you want to use it on. If you've got other questions, feel free to ask anytime (tho I won't be around most of today :( ). And welcome! The more the merrier.
