@Dronebogus: should the items depending on the 'page for vandalism only' user page be removed since the source page has been deleted for reasons stated to be related to WP:HERE? Please remove IIBWiki-tan

I am the administrator of IIBWiki (Full name is “Inai Inai Baa! Wiki”), please don't use this character to spoof.

1. IIBWiki stipulates that this character is strictly prohibited from being used for kuso.
2. Only the head was upload at the beginning to avoid copyright.
3. Disrespect the original author's performance.

I was not trying to mock IIBWiki-tan, disrespect the original author, or damage the reputation of IIBWiki, but out of respect I have removed her. If you want to avoid unwanted use of a character in the future you should probably not base her on a CC-share alike intellectual property like Wikipe-tan since the rights release is extremely broad.
