CIPET Hajipur edit

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of CIPET Hajipur, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.cipet.gov.in/visitourcampus/bihar/bihar.html.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) Speedy deletion nomination of CIPET Hajipur edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on CIPET Hajipur requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. December 2011 edit

Your addition to Patna University has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other websites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of article content such as sentences or images. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. You should supply permission from the university/creator for use of that logo. Sitush (talk) 21:41, 13 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history at Patna University shows that you are in danger of breaking the three-revert rule, or that you may have already broken it. An editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Breaking the three-revert rule often leads to a block.

If you wish to avoid being blocked, instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to discuss the changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. You may still be blocked for edit warring even if you do not exceed the technical limit of the three-revert rule if your behavior indicates that you intend to continue to revert repeatedly. Sitush (talk) 11:03, 14 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

We are both at the three revert limit described above. I think that you need to read up on our policies for verifiability and reliable sources before editing further, as I note that you have erred in this respect on other articles also. If you have any issues with these policies then feel free to ask here. If you have any issues that are specific to Patna University then you should comment at Talk:Patna University. What you should not do is edit the article again for a day or so. Thanks. - Sitush (talk) 11:15, 14 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Your addition to Deswa has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. Sitush (talk) 12:11, 14 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Kaushalendra Kumar edit

The article Kaushalendra Kumar has been proposed for deletion because, under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. -- ɑηsuмaη ʈ ᶏ ɭ Ϟ 20:04, 4 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Bhagalpur College of Engineering edit

Hi. I improved the Bhagalpur College of Engineering article a bit. One thing that would be good to have would be links to the articles of this university on Indian language wikipedias. I don't read any of those languages but if you put the links here I can add them to the article. Jason Quinn (talk) 15:34, 27 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Verifiability edit

I have removed much that you recently added to Awadhiya (caste). Please could you read our policies regarding verifiability and reliable sources. You may also appreciate the guidance to be found at WP:Citing sources. - Sitush (talk) 14:26, 23 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

March 2012 edit

Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to Awadhiya (caste). Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Sitush (talk) 10:50, 25 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

And I have had to revert you again at Awadhiya (caste) due to lack of sourcing. You need to be aware that there are sanctions in place regarding articles concerned with Indian castes etc - please read the notice below. - Sitush (talk) 12:28, 25 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
The Wikipedia community has permitted administrators to impose discretionary sanctions on any editor who is active on any page about social groups, explicitly including caste associations and political parties, related to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. Discretionary sanctions can be used against an editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. If you engage in further inappropriate behavior in this area, you may be placed under sanctions, which can include blocks, a revert limitation, or an article ban. The discussion leading to the imposition of these sanctions can be read here.

Please familiarise yourself with the information page at Wikipedia:General sanctions.

Proposed deletion of List of Famous Kurmi Kshatriya People edit

The article List of Famous Kurmi Kshatriya People has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unreferenced list. Possibly none, and probably not all, men listed are actually Kurmi Kshatriya people, and if they are such people, so what? Kurmi Kshatriya is not well known anyway.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Northamerica1000(talk) 16:29, 28 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

  • Please note that I am not the person who proposed the article for deletion. This is just a notification, because the proposer apparently didn't notify you. Northamerica1000(talk) 16:30, 28 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

April 2012 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Awadhiya (caste), please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Sitush (talk) 00:56, 30 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Sourcing and focus edit

You have already had notice of the sanctions that are in place for caste articles. Your recent series of edits here added a swathe of unsourced material, including what appear to be violations of WP:BLP, that mostly was of only limited topicality. If you do have sources and you wish to write about the Kurmi then feel free to do so at Kurmi. Your edits had effectively turned an article about a subgroup into one about the overarching group, which is pointless and potentially very misleading. Thanks. - Sitush (talk) 00:05, 8 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of "Rayo Bakhirta" edit

A page you created, Rayo Bakhirta, has been tagged for deletion, as it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion; specifically, it is about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how they are important or significant, and thus why they should be included in an encyclopedia. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and the guidelines for biographies in particular.

You are welcome to contribute content which complies with our content policies and any applicable inclusion guidelines. However, please do not simply re-create the page with the same content. You may also wish to read our introduction to editing and guide to writing your first article.

Thank you. RA0808 talkcontribs 15:00, 25 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of CK Birla Group edit

Hello Drniteshkr,

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Amortias (T)(C) 21:42, 11 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of CK Birla Group edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on CK Birla Group, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which articles can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:

  • It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.
  • It appears to be a clear copyright infringement. (See section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. However, even if you use one of these processes to release copyrighted material to Wikipedia, it still needs to comply with the other policies and guidelines to be eligible for inclusion. If you would like any assistance with this, you can ask a question at the help desk.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.  GILO   A&E 23:54, 11 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free image File:CK Birla Group Logo.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:CK Birla Group Logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 12:36, 21 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir edit

Hi, I ran into your page when I checked the back links for Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir (Dhurwa), which I renamed to clarify the Dhurwa school. At present there is no generic page for Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, and I am going to make a redirect to Saraswati Shishu Mandir. If this is not accurate, please let me know. Proposed deletion of Narayan Medical College and Hospital edit

The article Narayan Medical College and Hospital has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No sources since created in 2012, no evidence that it satisfies WP:NORG or WP:GNG, suggesting WP:TNT

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
