"Republic of China" vs. "Republic of China (Taiwan)" edit

Hi, you seem to not like having "Taiwan" listed under country at all, even though that's the common name of the Republic of China; this simple fact is listed in the first line of the article. Changing the infobox to reflect the first sentence is not vandalism. If it is, please explain. If you take issue with including "Taiwan", you might be interested in giving your input at the ongoing discussion about renaming the Republic of China article to Taiwan (see Talk:Republic of China#Requested Move (February 2012)). Hi, DrinkHappy, I saw the listing for this dispute on the third opinion noticeboard. It's been answered by another editor (and I agree with JoelWhy's assessment of the situation), but I just wanted to give you a quick, friendly piece of advice: you should try to stay cool when editing. This is a collaborative project, and people need to be able to discuss changes and, when necessary, concede to the wishes of others. Using edit summaries like "no NEED discussion , THE discussion IS OVER" are not really helpful in this regard. You should also look at WP:EDITWAR, and especially WP:3RR. If you make a change and someone reverts it, you shouldn't keep trying to make the edit. Instead, you should go to the talk page and try to reach a consensus through discussion. Thanks!
