Hello, Drdvader21, and welcome to Wikipedia! I am Ssilvers, an "Online Ambassador" for your class. Here are a few useful links for new Wikipedians:

If you'd like some help with editing, you can ask me on my discussion (talk) page. If you need other help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, post a question at the Help Desk, or ask me.

Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. It is helpful to read the most recent entries at the bottom of the talk page of an existing article before making major changes to it, especially if the article is a fairly long one.

Comments on Theatre Script Analysis articles

edit

Hello, professor. I see that the students are beginning to add their information to the live articles. I did some cleanup and gave some comments, either on the talk page, or in hidden comments right on the edit screens for the students to see. The main issue so far seems to be that the students are not putting in enough in-line citations. Also, most of the articles don't *discuss* the plays: they list the plays, but they don't talk much about the playwright's style or give the reactions and analysis of critics to the playwright's works. Since this is a script analysis course, I would expect to see analyses of the playwright's style and body of work by critics and commentators. Let me know if you have any questions, or if I can assist the students further. -- Ssilvers (talk) 07:12, 22 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button   or   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 21:46, 12 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
