Seeing as I appear to have sparked this idea in the first place, I should participate. :) I'm not sure if "cite collection" is really the best name to base a cite collection off of, it was just what popped into my head when I made that post on wiki-en. How about using "bibliography" as the root template instead, or the abbreviation "biblio" since it's going to be typed an awful lot if this proposal is seen through?
