Your recent edits

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. A New Section - a bit of myself

Well...sort of. Not that you thought this would be easy. Instead of using the sandbox, which would probably be a better idea, I'm going to be playing with my own Talk Page, this place right here. :)

    I'm going to be playing around in here to better familiarise myself with this bumblebee ... hopefully before really being stung. :)

    So, a bit about myself.  IRL, I'm 41, have a degree, and a temperature, too.  Currently, it's 98.6 F. Sorry, it was a sad attempt at humour.  

    Some more?!?  NEVER!!!  Ok...maybe a little.  I have an eight-year old neice who grew up too fast.  It seems like yesterday that she was in diapers and was taking her first steps.  Now she's eight and she hugs me so tightly that I think my spine'll crack.  Not that I mind that at all, however.  But eight.  She did grow up too fast.  It seems like only yesterday ... (OK, OK.  I hear somebody saying 'enough already!')

    I was married, went through a not-quite-friendly divorce, and there really isn't much more I'm going to be saying about that.  Emotional healing is not an event, it is a process.  My ex-wife didn't seem to understand that, although my therapist did attempt to explain it to her ... repeatedly.  I still talk with my therapist frequently, which is a good thing.  It doesn't mean I'm insane, mind you ... and talking with a therapist can be a very good thing.  The man is, in my opinion, a genious.  He certainly makes me see things about myself. :)

    I need to be careful and not use this as a blog, and I do have my own which I will not be giving a link to. :)  So don't ask. :)

    I also have a very long fuse - or so I've been told.  Go figure. anyway, that'll do it for today.  Now to see if the formatting stuck.
