Proposed deletion of File:Kfrenews.png

The file File:Kfrenews.png has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Decorative non-free use of a former logo in KFRE-TV. Former logos are typically only allowed when the logo itself is the subject of sourced critical commentary as explained in WP:NFC#cite_note-4 because otherwise the context for non-free use required by WP:NFCC#8 is not provided. This particular logo is not itself the subject of any critical commentary in the relevant section; the person appearing on it is mentioned by name, but the logo doesn't need to be seen by the reader for that to be understand per WP:FREER.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
