Template:User Futurama edit

You seem to have recently broken this with your edits. If your intention was to experiment, please use the sandbox at WP:SB. (|-- UlTiMuS 01:53, 27 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

  • You did it again. Please stop damaging templates without making sure your edits are functional. (|-- UlTiMuS 01:56, 27 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Userpage edit

Thank you. Your idea with the notepad isn't bad at all, either. (|-- UlTiMuS 01:58, 27 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

List of Futurama episodes edit

Why is there a template that contains the information on this page? It seems redundant to me. Jtrost (T | C | #) 00:34, 3 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

You have recently vandalized a Wikipedia article, and you are now being asked to stop this type of behavior. You're welcome to continue editing Wikipedia, so long as these edits are constructive. Please see Wikipedia's Blocking policy and what constitutes vandalism; such actions are not tolerated on Wikipedia, and are not taken lightly.

We hope that you will become a legitimate editor. Again, you are welcome here at Wikipedia, but remember not to vandalize or you will soon be blocked from editing.

If you feel you have received this message in error, it may be because you are using a shared IP address. Nevertheless, repeated vandalism from this address may cause you to be included in any future sanctions such as temporary blocks or bans. To avoid confusion in the future, we invite you to create a user account of your own. FractureTalk    19:48, 3 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Incorrect use of {{banned user}} edit

Hello Da Bomb. Please don't tag blocked users with {{banned user}} as you did on User:!!!!!!!!COWABUNGA!!!!!!!!!!; the template only applies in the case of a ban (see the Banning policy). // [admin] Pathoschild (talk/map) 15:19, 5 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Stop edit

Stop copying pages. Make your own tables and articles and userboxes. If you have problems, look above or at Table Help page. --Chapter 5: Going to the Mountain 01:38, 16 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Warning edit

Please stop creating nonsense redirects, such as Bumfucked Egypt and Slingshit China. This is considered to be vandalism. And why have you wrecked your user talk page by redirecting it three times? Thanks, Antandrus (talk) 17:51, 16 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

This is your final warning. If you continue to vandalize pages on Wikipedia, make inappropriate edits or personal attacks, including inappropriate or offensive edit summaries, or continue to cause problems in other ways, you will be blocked from editing indefinitely. Ryūlóng 22:21, 16 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Please see Wikipedia:Changing username if you would like to change your username. Otherwise, please do not create or move pages to other user spaces. Thank you --AbsolutDan (talk) 23:55, 16 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

How do you upload images? --Donny Doughnut 18:41, 17 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Have a look through Wikipedia:Uploading images and Wikipedia:Image use policy, those 2 articles should give you the information you need to upload. --AbsolutDan (talk) 18:54, 17 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
Also, how do you make wikitables, like the one on List of Futurama episodes? --Donny Doughnut 18:59, 17 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
I'm not too good at tables myself, but Help:Table should have the info you're looking for. --AbsolutDan (talk) 19:39, 17 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

RE: testing edit

Welcome, and thank you for experimenting with the page User:Poopies on Wheels on Wikipedia! Your test worked, and thank you for reverting or removing it yourself. The best way to do tests in the future would be to use the sandbox. You can look at these pages as well: how to edit a page, the tutorial, and how to write a great article. All of these pages are good places to start. Again, thanks, and we hope that you will like Wikipedia. --AbsolutDan (talk) 19:48, 17 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Vandalizing user pages edit

This is your last warning.
The next time you vandalize a page, as you did to User:Damndirtyape, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --AbsolutDan (talk) 20:35, 17 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

I dunno, but-but-- edit

I have trouble with creating userboxes. Would anyone help me with creating? --Donny Doughnut 23:15, 17 September 2006 (UTC) Anyone?Reply

Start by having a look at few designs...get a couple of ideas. Then copy & paste a code and then EDIT IT. DO NOT just copy other peoples userboxes. Change a few hex codes (for colours) and change the text. If you need any more help just ask! :D

Fair use image removed from User page edit

I've removed Bender.png from your User page. I'm sorry, but according to Wikipedia's fair use policy, fair use images can only be used in the Main namespace. If you have any questions or concerns, ask at my Talk page. --Slowking Man 12:55, 3 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Image:Futuramadvd1.jpg edit

Hello, Donny Doughnut. An automated process has found and removed an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, and thus is being used under fair use that was in your userspace. The image (Image:Futuramadvd1.jpg) was found at the following location: User:Donny Doughnut/Futurama DVDs. This image or media was attempted to be removed per criterion number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media was replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. Please find a free image or media to replace it with, and or remove the image from your userspace. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 04:53, 16 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:TEAwesomeShow.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:TEAwesomeShow.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Polly (Parrot) 22:35, 31 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
