Hello, DonBichote, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Letters article

edit

Hi, I saw that you moved your page live. I've moved it back to your userspace, as it didn't look ready to be moved live. The issue is that you didn't establish where these letters are notable enough for their own article. While Diego Portales is notable, not everything he's written would be automatically notable. You have to show where these specific letters have received coverage in independent and reliable sources. You use Wikipedia and Wikisource in the article - these can neither show notability nor are they considered reliable, as anyone can typically edit these.
