September 2021 edit

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Fantasy Island (2021 TV series). Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. — YoungForever(talk) 22:55, 13 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

October 2021 edit

Your recent editing history at Big E (wrestler) shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
Please stop changing the date. As has been explained several times, the date reflects a specific period of his history, not his current membership of the New Day.Czello (Please tag me in replies) 17:21, 5 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

  • It is very clear that consensus is to show a date range ending at 2020 and not up to the present. If you disagree, you must discuss the changes on the article's talk page. If you continue to make the same edits without getting new consensus through a discussion, you will, at the least, lose your privileges to edit the Big E article directly. —C.Fred (talk) 18:40, 5 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to Shia LaBeouf does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing →   Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Please explain your edit here. While this was a good article, based on the Talk page it doesn't appear to still be considered a good article. DonIago (talk) 13:37, 7 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Till (film), you may be blocked from editing. Some Dude From North Carolina (talk) 01:01, 8 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

This is your only warning; if you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did at Big E (wrestler), you may be blocked from editing without further notice. You have already been warned by an admin for this once. If you keep reverting we'll go back to WP:EWNCzello (Please tag me in replies) 16:28, 12 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

  Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at The New Day (professional wrestling), you may be blocked from editing. Please stop readding Big E as a member of the group. The only active members representing The New Day is Kingston and Woods. Sekyaw (talk) 22:09, 24 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for October 9 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Damian Priest, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Cobb. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 05:57, 9 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

Date variations edit

Several date formats are permitted in Wikipedia articles. At the top of the Alec Guinness source, you'll see {{Use dmy dates|date=March 2018}}. That means that article uses the day-month-year format. You should not change the format from the one that has been established (see WP:DATEVAR). Please revert your edits that changed dates to month-day-year format. Thanks! December 2021 edit

Hello, I'm Randompointofview. I noticed that you made a comment on the page User:BrickMaster02 that didn't seem very civil, so it may have been removed. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Randompointofview (talk) 04:27, 20 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
