York and North Midland Railway vs. York, Newcastle and Berwick Railway

Please refer to the map accompanying the Thirsk and Malton Line article: the assertion that the York and North Midland Railway formed the present East Coast Main Line at Pilmoor would appear to be erroneous. The junction is clearly with the York, Newcastle and Berwick Railway. Bristolre (talk) 15:30, 11 March 2017 (UTC)
