March 2012

edit

Please stop assuming ownership of articles such as Dish Network. Doing so may lead to disruptive behavior such as edit wars and is a violation of policy, which may lead to your being blocked from editing Wikipedia. You've clearly learned nothing during your enforced vacation from Wikipedia. Please stop blindly reverting the edits of other users and use the talk page to address issues. You've also been warned about misusing the minor edit flag. This craziness has got to stop, and it will... one way or the other. JeffJonez (talk) 12:11, 9 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Removing content on Talk Page

edit

Today on March 21, 2012. You removed all the content of your Talk Page; this is not allowed. Especially when you are removing all your warnings for many different reasons. You do not need to do anything now, I have reverted it back to normal. Just don't do it again. WheresTristan (talk) 21:51, 21 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

This is your last warning. The next time you remove the maintenance templates from Wikipedia articles without resolving the problem that the template refers to, as you did at Dish Network, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. MikeWazowski (talk) 03:00, 22 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abuse of editing privileges. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Orphaned non-free media (File:CSYNY8.jpg)

edit

Thanks for uploading File:CSYNY8.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:12, 26 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Better source request for some of your uploads

edit

Thanks for your uploads to Wikipedia. There is an issue with some of them, specifically:

You provided a source, but it is difficult for other users to examine the copyright status of the images because the source is incomplete. Please consider clarifying the exact source so that the copyright status may be checked more easily. It is best to specify the exact Web page where you found the images, rather than only giving the source domain or the URL of the image files themselves. Please update the image descriptions with URLs that will be more helpful to other users in determining the copyright status.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source in a complete manner. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page or me at my talk page. Thank you. Message delivered by Theo's Little Bot (opt-out) 23:18, 18 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
