I applaud you on your bold efforts to make the appropriate changes. A script-loaded bot can be released to conduct such changes on Wikipedia, but per the policy below, listed at Wikipedia:BOT, a bot designed specifically for the purpose you have described is not allowed.

"Bot processes may not fix spelling mistakes in an unattended fashion, as accounting for all possible false positives is unfeasible. Assisted spell-checking is acceptable, and may or may not be considered a bot process depending on the editing rate. Such processes must not convert words from one regional variation of English to another."

However, you may find the search feature handy, and I'm betting your browser has a nifty little tool for searching for text within a page.
