Proposed deletion of Dr Sushil Kumar (original proposal) edit

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Dr Sushil Kumar, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process.

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.

Problems with Dr Sushil Kumar edit

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Dr Sushil Kumar. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you.
Please do not add content without citing reliable sources, as you did to Dr Sushil Kumar. Before making potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add references to the article. A reference can't be considered reliable if it does not directly support the text in the article. None of the current references refers to "whistle-blowing" by Dr Kumar, and most of them do not refer to Dr Sushil Kumar in any way. Adding these references gives a misleading impression that the claims in the article have been verified. If you have propoer sources for the claims in the article, please use them.

You keep messing up the formatting of references in Dr Sushil Kumar. Please see the versions that are repeatedly being reverted back to to how to correctly format references. Who then was a gentleman? (talk) 02:12, 8 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Final warning. Format the references properly. Who then was a gentleman? (talk) 01:15, 9 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

April 2009 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Dr Sushil Kumar has been reverted.

Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): geocities\.com (links: http://www.geocities.com/indianfascism/fascism/fascist_shor_gul.htm,).

If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Proposed deletion of Dr Sushil Kumar edit

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Dr Sushil Kumar, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Though Sushil Kumar may be one of the current directors of Indian Council of Historical Research, no understandable sources can be found that testify to his importance. The PDF files hosted at www.ichrindia.org do not open. The Hindu provides not much more than a passing furor about one of his comments, printed 9 years ago. The inline citations don't seem to mention him personally. There are no complete references to any of his books. There are not enough sources provided here from which a proper article can be written. EdJohnston (talk) 22:13, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
