I apologize. The other admin did not realize we were discussing a new account, and so he did what he thought was best. Also, sorry for the harsh treatment by me. That was because we get a lot of users who arrive and push for their company to get exposure via Wikipedia. You were trying to do that too. Such users are routinely blocked on the spot.
