Speedy deletion nomination of Natarajan Sankaran, edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Natarajan Sankaran,, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Alexf(talk) 12:28, 4 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Moving pages edit

Please do not remove this talk page again. It is sometimes important for Wikipedia editors and administrators to be able to access a history of messages posted to a user. You are free to remove messages once you have seen them, but moving the page loses the editing history of the page. JamesBWatson (talk) 12:33, 4 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Also, please don't move a page to one location, then to another, then another, and so on. It makes it extremely difficult to keep track of what is where, and does not seem to serve any useful purpose. If you are not sure what title a page should have, then please consult a more experienced editor. JamesBWatson (talk) 13:15, 4 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

June 2013 edit

Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Natarajan Sankaran, to Wikipedia, as doing so is not in accordance with our policies. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Wikipedia:Your first article; you might also consider using the Article Wizard. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. When an article has been the subject of a deletion discussion which has resulted in a consensus to delete, trying to unilaterally overturn that consensus by simply ignoring it and recreating the article is not constructive. This applies whether the article is created under the same or a different title, and whether it is created by the same or a different account. JamesBWatson (talk) 12:55, 4 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

  • I am not sure what you intended to do when you edited Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Natarajan Sankaran, but over-writing a deletion discussion with a copy of the article that has been discussed there is not helpful at all. In fact, once a deletion discussion has been closed it should not be edited again at all. JamesBWatson (talk) 13:04, 4 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
