Blocked
editIf you intend to make useful contributions instead of promoting your business or organization, you may request unblock and a username change. In your reasons, you must follow all these steps:
- Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the paid-contribution disclosure requirement; and
- Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked; and
- Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked; and
- Provide a new username.
To do this, insert the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked.
Please note that the new username you choose cannot already be taken and in use by another account. You can search to see if the username you'd like to choose is available. If the search returns that no global account with that username exists, that means it is still available.
Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page. ~Anachronist (talk) 03:57, 29 September 2024 (UTC)Digital Singam (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I understand that my account was blocked because my previous edits and username may have violated Wikipedia’s policies by promoting a business or organization, which is against the platform's guidelines. I apologize for this misunderstanding and now fully comprehend that Wikipedia is not intended for advertising or promotion. Going forward, I plan to make neutral, factual, and well-sourced contributions to Wikipedia, focusing on informative content without any promotional intent. Additionally, I will fully comply with Wikipedia's guidelines, including disclosing any paid contributions if applicable. I kindly request the removal of the block and will be happy to change my username to meet the standards. Thank you for considering my appeal. Digital Singam (talk) 04:06, 29 September 2024 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Please follow the instructions above to make a request that proposes a new username. Note that "paid editing" does not require specific payment for contributions; if you are editing about your employer or its offerings, that is considered paid editing and the Terms of Use require you to disclose that. Please also read conflict of interest. You will need to tell us what topics you will edit about, at least in the short term, now that you know that at this time you will not be permitted to edit about your employer. If that is your only goal here, this is the end of the road. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 06:49, 29 September 2024 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

There are close variants of your proposed username that prevents me from carrying out the rename. You will need to propose something else. 331dot (talk) 17:11, 29 September 2024 (UTC)
