Sources

edit

Hello. Even if your change [1] is correct, you would still need to add a source. You have changed the village of Haianju into the town of Haianji, but are you right? Just add the proof that you are right. Geographyinitiative (talk) 03:15, 29 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

There is a township near Hai'an Residential Community (Hai'an Shequ) called Hai'anji Township (Hai'anji Xiang). But they wrote Haianju in the article which seems similar to Haian居 which is another way to say Hai'an Shequ Geographyinitiative (talk) 03:19, 29 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for pinging me back. This region has a little complicated history. I'll reveal some details and sources in Hai'an, Chenjiagang later, but much more reliable sources are only available in paper books, which I need some time to reach and verify with.
Quick answer to your 🤔:
Hai'an Shequ is only used in the statistical report. No one in real life speaks this way. It consists of Hai'an cun and its surrounding villages. You can see a 海安三组 Hai'an sanzu in the map, which has brothers 一组 yizu and 二组 erzu, all belongs to Hai'an cun.
Hai'an Ji Xiang was merged into Chenjiagang in 2001.
Everyone around refers this region as 海安集 Hai'an Ji. If you see something like "海安居社区"(Haianju community) or "海安居一组", they are just typos created by an IME. All 海安居 (except in 海安居委会) should be 海安集, and 海安集 equals to 海安. You can consider them as equivalent to each other. Hope this explanation saves you some time.
PS. Thanks for your great work on regions!🎉 -DianLiX (talk) 04:10, 29 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
You are doing some great work on Chenjiagang and Hai'an. There are definitely some formatting problems on those pages, but that will get worked out over time. Sorry if I misunderstood things. Thanks! Geographyinitiative (talk) 01:47, 30 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
