Redirect edit

Thanks for your article Avesta-e-Zend. There is already an article AVesta and I made a redirect from the page you started to that second page. If you'd like to add more information, please go to Avesta and you'll be able to write there. Thank you. Interlingua talk 06:16, 23 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Since we already had an article on Zamindars, I redirected the article you started at Zamindars to that location. Note that singular titles are prefered over plurals (WP:NC). NickelShoe (Talk) 18:37, 1 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

AfD nomination of Taxmann edit

I have nominated Taxmann, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Taxmann. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Oscarthecat (talk) 07:00, 3 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

April 2009 edit

A tag has been placed on Taxmann requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, because it appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion. If you can indicate how it is different from the previously posted material, place the template {{hangon}} underneath the other template on the article and put a note on the page's discussion page saying why this article should stay. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please contact the administrator who deleted the page or use deletion review instead of continuing to recreate the page. Thank you. CaptionCall moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, CaptionCall, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. I've left a comment on your Articles for Creation submission, which can be viewed at Draft:CaptionCall. Thanks! ASUKITE 14:13, 30 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Dechtman Wealth Management edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Dechtman Wealth Management, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Hello @Pickledicae,@ONUnicorn
It is unfortunate the article is deleted. I added this article after reviewing the citations and significance of the business in Denver area. I only utilized the generic informative tone without any use for promotional/advertising language for the business/person.
I utilized the resources in same way as other Denver companies like :
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Never_Summer
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ibotta
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_companies_with_Denver_area_operations
I would request you to kindly re-consider it or guide me what issues it has so that i can correct it.
Thank you Dharmendar Mendar (talk) 06:53, 20 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Dharmendarm, I have restored the article to draft space at Draft:Dechtman Wealth Management so you can attempt to work on it. It was deleted under 2 of the speedy deletion criteria; namely A7 and G11. The one I thought was most applicable was A7. A7 "applies to any article about a real [. . .] commercial organization [. . .] that does not indicate why its subject is important or significant." See here for more information about what constitutes a credible claim of significance. I will also note that I do not see any independant sourcing in what I restored. Fix the credible claim of significance issue and cite some sources that demonstrate compliance with the notability requirements and it can be moved back to mainspace. ~ ONUnicorn(Talk|Contribs)problem solving 13:23, 21 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
Also, the articles you are looking at to guide you are poor examples of what a Wikipedia article on a company should look like. Ibotta for example has a big red warning at the top of it that it "may have been created or edited in return for undisclosed payments, a violation of Wikipedia's terms of use." If you check the talk page and the article history you can see the extent of problems that article has had. Never Summer likewise is tagged as needing additional citations. List of companies with Denver area operations is just a list of other articles. A better guide to what articles on companies should look like are the 17 articles in Category:FA-Class company articles and the 235 in Category:GA-Class company articles. If you are specifically looking for companies in Colorado that have good or featured articles about them, Noodles & Company is a good example.~ ONUnicorn(Talk|Contribs)problem solving 13:44, 21 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
Hi OnUnicorn,
Thank you very much for the insights. I have added few more citation references.
Can you please review and guide me if these looks fine?

September 2022 edit

Hello Dharmendarm. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Dharmendarm. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Dharmendarm|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. PICKLEDICAE🥒 16:44, 19 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hello Pickledicae,
It is unfortunate that the article is marked as paid. i am not being paid/favored in return of writing this article. It is about an agency which is well known in Denver's financial market, hence i thought to add this article. I have not used any promotional or advertising tone in the content and have cited all independent source.
I would request you to kindly review the article and its citations.
Thank you Dharmendar Mendar (talk) 05:45, 20 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Dechtman Wealth Management edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Dechtman Wealth Management, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. MB 00:40, 23 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Dharmendarm,
It would have been wise for you to submit your Draft to Articles for Creation for review instead of moving it directly into main space. It was already tagged for speedy deletion once so you should have sought out feedback from AFC on how to avoid a second tagging for deletion. I ordinarily move articles like this to Draft space so that editors can work on improving them but since this has already been done without success, I'm passing on saving this article. You might consider moving it yourself or perhaps another editor or admin will move it before it is deleted. Liz Read! Talk! 02:28, 23 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
