Removing inline citations edit

Hi Dg,

You recently removed and inline citation and moved it down to a general references section. Actually, we're trying to get editors to do the opposite: add more inline citations, not fewer. Inline citations help guard against inaccuracies, and articles which only use a reference section with no inline citations are more likely to get tagged as needing cleanup.
