  This is your only warning; if you purposefully and blatantly harass fellow Wikipedian(s) again, as you did at User talk:MikeAllen, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. 🛧Midori No Sora♪🛪 ( ☁=☁=✈) 14:14, 28 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history at Fallout (American TV series) shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. -- ferret (talk) 21:57, 29 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring and violating the three-revert rule, as you did at Fallout (American TV series). Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Daniel Quinlan (talk) 22:58, 29 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Please be aware that returning to continue an edit war can result in a longer, or even indefinite, block. -- ferret (talk) 19:48, 4 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

This is an edit war. It has a 93% look at any other show that has that. Stop abusing your power. DemoJoker47 (talk) 00:52, 5 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Edit warring

edit

DemoJoker47, edit warring is really harmful to the proper functioning of Wikipedia. As the policy says, it's unconstructive, creates animosity between editors, makes consensus harder to reach, and causes confusion for readers. At this point, you've seen that two other editors disagree and you've been blocked twice for edit warring. Rather than continually making the same edit, you need to discuss the matter with others on the talk page and see if you can build consensus for your change. Specific to this dispute, I would also strongly recommend reading MOS:ACCLAIMED. Superlatives like "critical acclaim" and "box office bomb" need to be attributed to multiple sources. Basically, the other editors seem to be following the Manual of Style and I'm pretty sure they're undoing your change for that reason. Without reliable sources making specific and clear claims that the show has been critically acclaimed, the reality is that you're going to be reverted by almost everyone experienced in editing television show articles. And please don't continue to edit war. Regards. Daniel Quinlan (talk) 23:33, 16 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

  Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (film), it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 00:56, 8 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistently making disruptive edits.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  -- ferret (talk) 19:21, 18 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

i haven’t done any disruptive posting. I haven’t posted in over a month and when I was going to on green lantern 2011 with Ryan Reynolds I didn’t because I didn’t know how to add a source.

Decline reason:

DemoJoker47 (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

wait so I am getting banned for something I did a couple of months ago? I haven’t even edited anything for awhile

Notes:

  • In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
  • Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
Administrator use only:

If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing "blocking administrator" with the name of the blocking admin:

{{Unblock on hold |1=blocking administrator |2=wait so I am getting banned for something I did a couple of months ago? I haven’t even edited anything for awhile |3 = ~~~~}}

If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting {{subst:Decline reason here}} with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.

{{unblock reviewed |1=wait so I am getting banned for something I did a couple of months ago? I haven’t even edited anything for awhile |decline = {{subst:Decline reason here}} ~~~~}}

If you accept the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting Accept reason here with your rationale:

{{unblock reviewed |1=wait so I am getting banned for something I did a couple of months ago? I haven’t even edited anything for awhile |accept = accept reason here ~~~~}}

We know "I haven’t even edited anything for awhile" is not true. We know you were violating WP:LOUTSOCK earlier this week. --Yamla (talk) 14:08, 20 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
