How do. Which spam-link removal are you referring to? Your addition must have been as an anonymous user, since you've just created this account, and I can't find which edit is the offending one. - Dudesleeper · Talk 20:12, 15 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

I don't know why the links you add are removed, the way people almost always justify removing links is by saying that Wikipedia is not a link directory, which would seem fine in pages where there is a huge External links section with a lot of the links giving the same information but in the case of for example Fir Park the link you added was the only link until it was removed.

perhaps it is being insinuated that the links you are providing are a unreliable source perhaps because the website shows information from wikipedia, which is not accepted as a reliable source. If you look at Scottish football attendance records (which is a featured article) most of refs take you to [1] but when I click on them they are all dead, surely this should not be a featured article with all these dead links. Something else they remove is links to photographs of the stadium, which I cannot understand because people would very often be looking for a stadium to see what it looks like. There seems to be a lot of people on wikipedia who just go around removing things when there time would be much better served adding to articles and adding sources or citations, incidentally if you want to add references to anything it can be a nuisance but [tool] makes it much easier.
