You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Cold Blood (Doctor Who). Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. I am under no obligation to contact any editors before changing a section, I generally take a look for any over-stretched continuity points after every Doctor Who episode and cut it down accordingly. My edit summary was not an afterthought, it was an explanation. If you feel what you wrote does have a use then you should be discussing it. There is no excuse for edit-warring. Again, I am very sorry if you considered me uncivil in any way. I have not and am not going to cast any aspersions on you as an editor, in fact I did not even know who had added the paragraph in question before deleting it. I have not thrown guidelines and policies at you at any point, in fact I generally refrain from doing so as I'm the first to admit I'm not the most well-learned editor when it comes to policy. I'm not going to get into a rather petty discussion about who "wins", I am simply trying to assure you that there was absolutely no bad faith in my edits. Let's leave it at that.
